Dionaea Muscipula

The buttons on this page refer to photo's of my Dionaea muscipula.

The bold and the beautiful.
photo 1 This picture shows my first Dionaea. This wasn't a small one (the coin in the picture is a Dutch guilder). The plant shown regrettably died during my vacation last summer. It dried out wile I was in Scotland. In Scotland I went searching for carnivorous plants, in they're natural environment as well as in hot-houses. I managed to find them in hot-houses, but outside of them I wasn't so lucky. photo 2 This picture shows the same Dionaea, only in a earlier stage.
photo 3 This picture shows an oddity, a double trap on one leave! photo 4 Because I gave away all my Venus Flytraps I had to buy new ones.
photo 5 See the previously mentioned. photo 6 This is an old picture I found. It's the first photo I took from the Venus flytrap that died during my vacation.
